UET postpones entry test of 2021

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) has postponed entry tests that were scheduled to be held from May 24 to 27 due to an uptick in COVID-19 cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday, quoting sources.
The sources claimed that the varsity took the decision keeping in view the third wave of Covid-19.

The new date of the entry test will be announced later. While, the engineering university will extend the coupon issuance date to appear in the entry tests.
Pakistan has reported 201 deaths due to COVID-19 in last 24 hours (Tuesday). This is the maximum number of deaths in a day since the beginning of the disease.
