Two more schools sealed in Peshawar

The district administration of Peshawar in its latest crackdown to implement coronavirus SOPs sealed two more schools including Iqra Public School in Landi Arbab area where students were being called daily despite the ban on classes, reported24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Peshawar Deputy Commissioner Khalid Mehmood said that Pakistan Public Schools in Amin Colony were also sealed on the same complaint of a violation of corona-related guidelines for educational institutions.

Additional Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Azhar Khan led the crackdown and sealed both schools located on Kohat Road.
The Peshawar admin said legal action will be taken against the schools' administrations.
As per the data released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Thursday morning, 927 new cases of coronavirus and 37 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours (Wednesday) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
