Seven members of same family among nine killed in Al-Ahsa accident

Nine people, including seven members of the same family, were killed in a horrific collision between two vehicles in Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ahsa city, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the victims from the family included the parents and their five children.

Two young men travelling in the other vehicle were also killed in the crash.

Rescue teams launched an operation to retrieve the victims trapped inside the wrecked vehicles.

All nine victims had died by the time they were taken out.

The tragic accident caused grief in the area, while the victims’ families and relatives were left in deep shock.

Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the crash.
