Taylor Swift drops another major surprise for Swifties
The internet has gone crazy as the world's biggest musician, Taylor Swift, has dropped another surprise announcement.
Swift has announced The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, an expanded edition of her latest album featuring four additional songs, set for release on September 25.
The news came just a day after she unveiled her upcoming single “Patient Zero,” also scheduled to arrive on the same date.
Sharing the news, Swift indicated on the huge response to The Life of a Showgirl and spill the secret that she travelled to Sweden to reunite with collaborators Max Martin and Shellback.
What began as a chance to celebrate the album’s success soon turned into another creative session and the trio headed back into the studio and writing more music.
Taylor Swift had already sparked intense speculation after teasing “Patient Zero” through a series of cryptic hints, including clues connected to her appearance at the 2026 Emmys.
And now with four new songs now on the way, Swift has given her fans yet another reason to keep September 25 circled on their calendars.
