Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed reaches top spot in ICC T20 rankings

The International Cricket Council has released its latest T20 rankings, with Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed reaching the top position among bowlers.

Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan is ranked second, followed by Australia’s Adam Zampa in third place, England’s Adil Rashid in fourth and Nathan Ellis in fifth.

Abrar Ahmed has become the fifth Pakistani bowler to reach the number one position in the ICC T20 rankings.

Before Abrar, Umar Gul, Saeed Ajmal, Imad Wasim and Shahid Afridi had also held the number one position in the ICC T20 bowling rankings.
