The Election Commission has released the schedule for the by-elections in Constituency NA-171, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.

Polling will be held on September 12, according to the schedule. Nomination papers can be submitted from August 15 to 17.

Scrutiny of papers will be conducted on 21st August while the final list of candidates will be released on August 28.

The NA-171 seat fell vacant after the death of a PTI-backed candidate.
