Veteran actress Bushra Ansari has questioned how Iqrar-ul-Hassan’s three wives can live together and laugh with one another, admitting that she finds the family arrangement difficult to understand.
While discussing Iqrar-ul-Hassan’s marriages, Bushra said she could not understand how three women married to the same man could sit together, laugh and appear comfortable in each other’s company.
“Three wives are laughing together, how can this be possible? How?” Bushra said while sharing her reaction to the unusual family setup.
The actress also spoke about the emotional difficulty of sharing a husband. She questioned whether a woman could easily accept another woman becoming close to her husband and suggested that such a situation would naturally be difficult for many wives.
Bushra went on to say that having three wives together was “very difficult” in her view. She argued that a wife may not easily agree to share her husband with another woman, regardless of the circumstances.
She then put forward a question from the opposite perspective, asking whether a man would be able to accept the same situation if the roles were reversed. Bushra questioned whether a husband could tolerate his wife having three husbands and whether he would ever be able to accept such an arrangement.
Her comments have once again drawn attention to Iqrar-ul-Hassan’s personal life and his marriages. The television anchor has publicly discussed his family arrangement on different occasions, making his three marriages a recurring topic of public discussion.
