CCD recovers 11-year-old missing boy from Manga Mandi

The Punjab Crime Control Department (CCD) has recovered an 11-year-old boy who had gone missing from Lahore's Nishter Colony area, eight days after his parents registered a case regarding his abduction, reported 24NewsHD TV.

According to a CCD spokesperson, the Anti-Kidnapping for Ransom Cell launched a special investigation to trace the missing child, identified as Noor Amir.

The parents had also appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for the recovery of their son.

The child was recovered from the jurisdiction of Manga Mandi police station, the family expressed gratitude to the CCD following the child's recovery.

The CCD spokesperson said the department was committed to protecting citizens and eliminating crime.

"Under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz's vision, child abuse, exploitation and child labour are our red lines," the spokesperson said.
